Orders & Delivery

1. What are the delivery times?
We offer three delivery methods:

  • Germany: 2 to 3 days

  • Europe: 3 to 5 days

  • Rest of the world: 5 working days

2. Which carriers do you use?
We mainly work with DHL , depending on your country and the delivery method selected.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to France, Europe and worldwide .

4. What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your order securely via:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Apple Pay

  • Shop Pay

  • PayPal

  • Amazon Pay

5. Is payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and secured through our Shopify platform and its certified partners.


Returns & Refunds

6. Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The products must be unconsumed and undamaged .

7. Am I responsible for return costs?
Yes, return costs are the responsibility of the customer .

8. When will I be reimbursed?
Once the return has been received and checked, the refund will be made within 10 working days .

Products & Composition

10. Where do your products come from?
Our food supplements and beauty products come exclusively from European suppliers , selected for their quality, traceability and compliance with standards.

11. Are your products natural?
The majority of our formulas are made with natural and vegan ingredients , without unnecessary additives. Details are specified on each product sheet.

12. Can I take your supplements at the same time as other treatments?
If you are undergoing medical treatment, we advise you to seek the advice of your doctor before taking any food supplement.


Order tracking

13. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link .

14. I have not received my order, what should I do?
Contact our customer service with your order number at customer.experience@happynessfood.com – we will get back to you within 24 hours.
